Everlasting Punishment

Golden Text

Romans 8:38 I am, 39

38. . . I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Isaiah 61:1; Revelation 21:4 (to :); 22:1–3 (to 1st :), 5 (to :), 6 These, 13, 17 let

Isa. 61:1The spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

Rev. 21:4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:

22:1And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

2In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

3And there shall be no more curse:

5And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light:

6. . . These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

17. . . let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Mary Sands Lee, Christian Science Sentinel, 7 luglio 1956
